FAQs

  • This is a series of limited-edition 5”x7” prints created by our very own designers! Anyone who signs up for a new monthly donation will receive one in the mail after signing up, and then another brand-new one every 6 months as long as they continue donating. Be sure to collect the entire set!

    If you are already a monthly donor, you may choose to cancel and re-sign up using our new form on this page, and you will still receive the prints.

  • YouTube channel memberships are completely separate from donations made directly to SOSA here.

    Membership fees — which give you access to full versions of SOSA Undercover episodes and bonus content — go to covering the cost of creating episodes (hiring camera operators, editing in post-production, renting the decoy house, etc.)

    Donations made here go to help SOSA conduct school presentations, testify in trials, cover the cost of therapy for survivors, and much more.

  • If you signed up for donations through PayPal, you can view your donation history at any time by logging directly into your PayPal account.

    If you need help cancelling monthly PayPal donations, you can refer to the instructions below or contact Josiah via josiah@sosatogether.org.

    On a computer or mobile browser

    1. Log in to your account at paypal.com.

    2. Navigate to your Settings and then the Payments tab.

    3. Click Manage Automatic Payments.

    4. Select the donation subscription you wish to cancel and click Cancel.

    5. Confirm the cancellation. 

    In the PayPal mobile app

    1. Open and log in to the PayPal app.

    2. Tap the Settings icon.

    3. Tap Automatic Payments.

    4. Select the donation subscription you want to cancel.

    5. Tap Remove PayPal as your payment method.

    6. Confirm the cancellation by tapping Remove.

  • You can follow these instructions to cancel your monthly donation in Harness or email Josiah via josiah@sosatogether.org for assistance.

    1. Log in to your personal Donor Dashboard at https://sosatogether.org/donate (the second form on the page)

    2. Select the person icon in the upper right-hand corner

    3. On desktop, select "Recurring" under Manage on the left-hand side.

    4. On mobile, select “Donations.” Then on the next page click on the 3 horizontal lines and choose “Recurring” under Manage.

    5.  Identify your payment method and click on the trash can icon on the right.

    6. Select "Yes, Cancel Donation" in the pop-up.

  • The first form is for all new monthly and one-time donations from both U.S. and international donors.

    The second form is for anyone who wants to sign up for a credit card round-up, which rounds your credit card transactions up to the next dollar when you make a purchase and donates that money to SOSA. We appreciate and use every penny!
