SOSA's Survivor Support Program provides crucial support to individuals who have experienced online sex abuse. Through an engaged online following, SOSA has become a trusted destination where survivors of online child sex abuse feel safe coming forward to share their stories and seek support.
This connection to survivors allows us to be a soft place to land — wherever they are on their journey.
Three parts to the program
Survivor Therapy
SOSA's Survivor Therapy Program pairs survivors of online sex abuse with experienced, trauma-informed therapists.
Apply for yourself or a loved one
Survivors, parents, and partners can join the waitlist using our therapy application form.
Connect with care
SOSA connects each survivor to a licensed therapist from our vetted network or covers sessions with an existing therapist.
Twelve sessions, covered
SOSA pays the entire cost of twelve sessions and provides other help along the way.
For all who participate, the goal is the same — to remove all barriers between a survivor and the support they deserve.
Who qualifies
An adult who needs support for something they experienced as a child
A child who has experienced sexual abuse
The parent of a child who has experienced sexual abuse
The spouse, child, partner, or parent of someone convicted of sex abuse

Care Packages
The psychological toll of enduring online child sex abuse is complex, significant, and lasting. Aiming to uplift survivors of all ages, the SOSA team hand-packs every parcel with care.
Though contents may fluctuate depending on our current supply, each care package is crafted to deliver comfort and nervous system support to its recipient.
We are always looking to enhance these care packages and restock our supplies. If you are interested in contributing directly, you can purchase items from our Amazon wishlist.
Additionally, we are open to partnering with value-aligned small businesses to supply this initiative. Recently, we collaborated with a local maker, Calmware, to create handmade SOSA stones, a tactile tool for anxiety relief and grounding. These were a major success, and we loved working with local talent. Care Packages for Witness Testimony
SOSA donates these care packages to courthouses and child advocacy centers at no cost.
As part of our care package program, SOSA partners with victim advocates across the U.S. to provide focused care packages to witnesses who have experienced sex abuse or sex trafficking. Often, a stark lack of funding erodes resources for survivors enduring the excruciating process of testifying in court.
We work with victim advocates directly to understand the needs of each survivor, many of whom are unhoused or travelling to testify. Whether it's a gift card for groceries, a hygiene kit with essential supplies, or a silent fidget to help stay grounded in court, these care packages are custom-tailored to support survivors through the testimony process.
